HODA INC was founded on a shared commitment to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and create opportunities for those who need them most. We believe that lasting change begins by giving people the resources, education, and opportunities they need to build better futures for themselves and their families.

Our work is rooted in the Ogoni community of Nigeria's Niger Delta, a region rich in culture, talent, and natural resources. Despite this abundance, many families continue to face significant economic challenges and limited access to educational and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Our mission is centered on two fundamental goals: education and economic empowerment.

We are committed to helping children, students, and families who cannot afford the cost of education by providing financial assistance for school fees, educational materials, and other resources necessary to pursue their studies. We believe a child's financial circumstances should not determine the limits of their potential.

We are equally committed to supporting small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. By providing financial assistance, resources, mentorship, and opportunities, HODA INC seeks to help individuals establish and grow sustainable businesses that can create jobs, support families, and strengthen local communities.

Our work is especially meaningful in Ogoniland, where communities have endured decades of economic hardship and environmental challenges associated with oil production. These circumstances have affected livelihoods and contributed to the difficulties faced by families who depend on farming, fishing, and local commerce.

Rather than allowing these challenges to define the future of the community, HODA INC is focused on creating pathways toward independence and opportunity.

Our vision is a community where a promising student does not have to abandon an education because their family cannot afford school fees; where an entrepreneur with a viable idea has an opportunity to build a business; and where individuals are empowered to create sustainable livelihoods for themselves and future generations.
